Arrivée à l'aéroport avec 1h en avance. Refus au guichet de débuter la longue procédure de récupération. Nous devons revenir, refaire la queue une demi-heure, puis attendre la remise des clés, 25 min. Finalement, nous nous installons dans la voiture une bonne heure après l'heure de réservation.

Low efficiency and poor English proficiency. The main issue was that the staff used both soft and hard tactics, even resorting to threats and deception, to forcefully sell their own insurance products. There were many communication barriers created by them. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory car rental experience.

i got mixed up in the dates and gave the car back with a delay of a day (1 additional day on a 12 day rental). They charged me 300% of the price planned. I called and asked them to give me a break - they logged a request in the computer ... and i never heard back from them. i would have done better to book a luxury car and a longer holiday.

Hidden charges, refusal to show the contract, forced to buy insurance, wrong information about highway tolls leading to a fine.

Quick and efficient. After doing the online check-in, the process was much faster. Upon arrival, I directly picked up the car keys. The car had no issues during return and was fully charged. I asked the staff and dropped the keys into the key box. However, a few days later, the €200 deposit was not refunded, and I was charged more than €800 for unknown reasons.

The worst rental experience ever, I strongly do not recommend this company. I had a reservation to pick up the car at 9:30 PM, but arrived at the counter at 9:25 PM. There was no staff available, which ultimately led to me being unable to pick up the car. I had to book another car separately, which also caused issues. The next day, I approached the company's staff and explained that I arrived on time the night before but found no one at the counter. The staff blatantly lied, claiming they were at the counter until 9:30 PM and blamed me for the issue, refusing a refund. In the end, I was forced to compromise.
