Like: The staff at picking up and dropping off was kind and efficient. I was especially happy that I could leave the car without complications and directly go to my flight. The car was an upgrade, excellent model and condition, very clean.

I was given a better car ,an Audi A3 Turbodiesel wich was great except for the slippery,vibrating (unbalanced) Pirelli tires. AVIS please don't put these tires on your cars!!

The charges should not be non-refundable. On September 4th, we rented under order number 1006128509, but due to the inability to cross the border, we had to return the car early. Although we did not fulfill the contract, deducting the entire rental fee is unreasonable. It is understandable to impose an appropriate penalty, but withholding so much money is outrageous. A rental company of this international caliber shouldn't act like this.

Although the requested model wasn't provided, the replacement vehicle was in excellent condition.

The booking was for an automatic car, as was clearly stated on the confirmation but I received a manual car & Avis told me to take it up with Easyrentcars.

Why was I allowed to book an automatic car that was unavailable at Avis?

Returned the car early around 6 a.m., staff were present for the inspection, which took only a minute. The deposit was refunded in about 10 minutes.

The company representative was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we received a very old car, meaning it was full of scratches and technologically outdated — an Audi Q3 from 2019 without reverse sensors and without a rear camera. Additionally, some safety systems were non-functional, such as the lane-keeping assist, which was disabled. I’d like to remind you that it’s 2024, and I expect an international rental company like Avis to have modern vehicles, not ones that are 5 years old.

New model, low mileage car that was clean inside and out. The counter staff was friendly and courteous. The process of picking up the car and returning it was fast and efficient.

The website is easy to navigate and the deals are awesome. Highly recommend.

Didn't respond to our call for child and baby seats availblity. However they were able to find seats on site after a few minutes.

The car I got had very poor torque and pick up, seemed a bit dirty, glass we not clean, wiper fluid was completely empty. But on highway and flat surfaces the car was ok.
