Counter staff was great! A little tedious with all the signing and initials when I felt that all of the waivers and acknowledgements were made online during booking. Not the staffs fault just an observation.

The counter charged a deposit of 750 CAD, which has not been refunded yet. The counter staff spoke heavily accented English that was hard to understand. When I called the counter, they claimed the refund was processed, but my bank says it hasn't been received. The car was returned on the 24th of last month, and it's been so many days without the refund.
