The service was attentive and thorough.

The rented car was different from the one provided, but it didn't cause any issues. The rental company informed customers in detail about the vehicle's damage condition beforehand. When returning the car, even without prior notice, staff were already waiting in the parking lot. They checked the exterior and fuel level, and if everything was fine, they informed the customer that the deposit would be refunded the next day. The process was very efficient.

They clearly explained the basic things to watch out for when picking up the car, then another staff member walked us over to the pick-up point in the parking lot, which was really close.
