The service was satisfactory.

Satisfied. Originally booked a Suzuki, but chose a Changan when picking up the car. Supporting domestic brands!

Good service but the insurance cost was excessive.

Since I picked up the car at night during heavy rain, there was no queue.

Good price, but we waited in the airport for almost one hour to be picked up.

I waited too long to get my car and people were rude

Mixed feelings. On the positive side, the car was in good condition, return was smooth, and when an insured accident happened, they processed the paperwork and provided a replacement car of the same model with no issues. On the negative side: the airport shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes for our car, and it wasn't ready even though we arrived an hour later than our scheduled pick-up time. We had to ask twice before they could locate the car. Other than that, everything else was alright and the prices were reasonable.

They never answered us when we arrived so we couldn't get a car when we arrived. We had to pay for a taxi and our 5 day trip to Mexico was ruined
