Pleasant and quick rental process

Will not use again. Refused to accept my commercial insurance even though I own the company and it was a business trip. Were convinced they were going to shake me down for their bogus insurance scam. I was ready to walk at that point. Very shaky company. Car was filthy. Had to run it through a car wash and my wife had to wash the windows. Huge dent in the rear. Had to drive all week in that wrecked POS Was nearly on empty—had to get gas on day 1 Will make sure from now on to use the reputable firms even if I have to pay more. I’m one and done.

Deposit was way too high and how do you justify charging someone for using their own insurance. Horrible. NEVER AGAIN!

I was upgraded, since my car was not available. I was forced to take their insurance. I argued and they dropped part of it, but kept the loss of use insurance, even though I refused it. The car had several scratches and my grandkids found trash in the car. Return was quick and easy.

We turned in our car on 6/2 and we still have a hold for $500.00 on our credit card. Process to check in was ridiculous. They tried to up sell at every opportunity. Very bad experience especially since I already reserved the card & checked the items I wanted.

My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize. No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly. Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.
