I couldn't even complete the reservation. They make me wait 15-20 minutes for assistance because they didn't have system. When they finally assist me wanted to charge me for the deductibles[$450] because I brought my own insurance. I canceled my reservation because of the bad service at the counter from the employee

The car that was given had expired tags. An officer noticed this while I was in Starbucks parking lot and was nice by letting me go without a ticket since it was a rental.

“Didn't receive receipt, waiting time too long. Telephone doesn't answer. Terrible service.”

Bus took too long. Waited for over 40 minutes to check in and get car. Did not give me a receipt at time of auto return. Counter could not give receipt. Tried calling numerous times about receipt and phone doesn't answer. Will never again use this company for auto rentals. Worst experience ever.
