Very satisfied, not my first time renting a car overseas.

The exaggerated service attitude is simply unbelievable, with video evidence.

The order page said there was Chinese customer service, but there wasn't. Also, the insurance is too expensive. A three-day car rental costs over 1,600 baht, but the insurance alone costs over 1,000 baht. Altogether, it's over 2,000 baht. I didn't want to buy the insurance because it's too expensive, but since there was no Chinese customer service, communication was difficult, so I just went with it.

A deposit is required if insurance is not purchased.

The car provided far exceeded my expectation as it was upgraded with choices provided. Condition was fantastic and model was the latest.

Easy to book. Reward system attractive.
