Good apps and good staffs

The staff was friendly and efficient. The car inspection was fairly casual, taking about a minute to check for major issues before immediately refunding the deposit. Very high efficiency. The car provided was a hybrid Corolla, which is incredibly fuel-efficient and has great luggage capacity.

Worst service anyone could ever experience. I waited with my family outside the terminal in the brown bus shelter for over an hour and half but no one turned up to pick us so eventually we had to call a family to pick us up because all the other rental car company’s were fully booked so couldn’t get the car from anyone else either. It was cold and my kids were freezing in the cold while we waited for Ace rental car shuttle

The customer service of Ace is very poor. Michael and Jake were very unhelpful and showed no interest in job. Jake was very rude and refused to come out when I had to ask something about the hand break. He said its not his responsibility. All I did i asked to show the hand break as it was at the foot site. A smirk on the face and doesn't care attitude. I have given back the another car I rented the last week 6 days back and bond payment of that car is not yet released. I am still chasing them. Never going back to ACE.
