Great Payless rental experience

the car smelled like a wet dog. It was almost midnight so we did not want to go back and exchange the cat

Car had stains on every seat, filthy. At pickup the woman was great!!!

Everything went well.

Picking up the car was a horrible experience with dozens of people waiting outside sitting on their luggage and a huge line winding out the door. The counter agent wasn’t overly friendly and I felt like she was trying to trick me into spending more money. The car was great and everything after getting in the car was excellent.

We reserved a full size car and when we went to pick it up, the car that we were told when booking, we were told that the cars had been reclassified and it was now in the next size up so we were given a smaller car. We almost didn’t get all of our luggage in the trunk.

Like: car was comfortable and fuel efficient
Dislike: quite a distance from airport....but that could have allowed for a lower rate
