We bought full insurance directly at the store because if there's an issue, it's easier to handle locally. If you buy it on QEEQ, it's through a third-party platform and the local store won't handle it. The staff at the store spoke decent English.

The staff did try to sell insurance, but they weren't overly pushy. There was limited guidance on the car itself.

When we returned the car at Kayseri Airport, as soon as we entered the airport parking lot, the staff promptly approached us to check the vehicle and complete the paperwork. It only took a few minutes, I have to admire their efficiency.
