Easy pick-up and drop-off process

The store is located in the city, and the parking lot is right next door. After completing the procedures, you can pick up the car by yourself, which is very convenient. We drove from Vienna to Prague, the car was in great condition, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. There is a dedicated car return area at Prague airport, and the staff are very efficient, taking only 5 minutes!

The car rental point in Vienna had a shy young guy. His English wasn't great but it's easy to understand him. If you find the door locked when you arrive, don't worry, just wait 10-15 minutes and he'll come. He might be inspecting car conditions. The service attitude is excellent. The pickup is on level -2. If you have any issues, take a photo and go upstairs to ask him. He's very patient in answering all questions.

I have submitted a very lengthy feedback email directly to the Eurpocar desk in Vienna airport. I can share a copy with you if you wish. Their company representatives' responses to us were shocking and drastically impacted our holiday. I will never use Europcar again.
