Time to pick up car was almost 1.5 hrs worst than I've ever experienced. The lady who assisted was very helpful and courteous. The cars were great condition and priced reasonable. The drop off service was great no wait time.

The price, car, and the service were all excellent! Only complain is that Routes should open earlier, I had a 7 am flight and they do not open until 6am. Even so the staff quickly processed my return and took me to the airport.

The wait time to be picked up to the office was too long. Staff were not customer friendly.

I waited 15-20 minutes at the airport for pickup and then 10 minutes over to Routes. I then had to wait there over an hour because there was only 1 representative. They overbooked and had no cars left so I was upgraded to a Jeep, however I had 120 mile drive to my final destination so the trip cost me more in fuel than it should have.

Easy rent was perfect easy to use, no problems.

Like: Marlene was very informative and God is in our vehicle rather quickly
Dislike: The only drawback was that it was not at the airport
