Alamo had either not enough cars available. Needed to wait 60 minutes with other ten customers before we could pick up the car. First time in my life for such long wait. Other operators at the same location only need a five minutes wait. Alamo in Manchester airport was terrible.

The car was very good and the staff was very helpful

I booked Mercedes E class as the car boot space is quite big. However I was given a BMW330 or another alternative car which car boot space is even smaller. I had to send my big luggage to my accomodation by uber. BMW330 can only store 1 big luggage and one hand carry. It is very small as compared to Merc E class.

Pretty easy to use Qeeq, comparable to other platform. The payment was smooth as compared to others. That what made me rent from Qeeq as my payment didnt get through a couple of times with another provider tho' I was using the same credit card.

my flight was delayed so i arrived close to closing time. i called the office and they said they would wait for me. that was very reassuring and kind.

The car smelled bad after being in the sun. Like smoke. After a few days into the trip, the brakes started squeeking. They worked, but squeely.

Would be good to highlight for americans that it is shift or automatic.
