From queuing at the counter to hitting the road, it took just over half an hour. Very convenient.

Absolutely avoid renting from this terrible company, run by Indians. They look for any excuse to deduct your deposit during car return. I was completely ripped off; they charged me 495 AUD for a tiny dent, likely caused by a small stone, even though the paint wasn't damaged. I didn't have time to argue as I needed to catch a flight. In summary, never rent from this Indian company again.

Very good except for hard sell on insurance at pickup. Nonetheless very friendly and overall very good.

Although off airport site was ok to call them but a bit of a wait on hold. Pick up area needed mite instructions.
