Amazeballs

We were charged twice. The order said paid in full but we were charged another $300 when returning the car.

The rented car model was unavailable, and I thought I was getting a free upgrade. However, it turned out to be a mandatory paid upgrade, costing an additional $100 per day. I tried to decline other options but fell into the mandatory upgrade trap. I didn't understand it well and signed my name, accepting it, but I still feel deceived.

Car service was well above my expectations . Made my trip so much better and easier

Easy simple process

Forced into buying insurance I did not need. After a long international flight could not bear to argue any more.

I had to spend the double, just because the sold me at the counter "you don't have any insurance, if there are any damages you have to pay full value of the car". that's a scam. Really unfriendly. Car was much smaller than the one provided with the reservation
