The car rental staff asked me to pay a deposit of £1950 with my credit card instead of using a pre-authorization when I picked up the car. After returning the car, I emailed them to request a refund of the deposit, but they claimed that the £1950 payment was just a pre-authorization. When I emailed again, asking them to check their bank payment records, they stopped replying. This is a scam car rental company.

Easy to locate and convenient transportation. Overall, the service was average. They kept pushing local British insurance, which was extremely expensive. When I presented my comprehensive domestic car insurance, their attitude immediately changed.

The reserved car was not provided, and I was forced to pay an additional 605 pounds to get another vehicle. In total, I paid nearly 9000 yuan.

Very disappointed to pay €120 waiver as I only had a visa debit card.

Car only had 1/4 of a tank petrol. Car provided was a Peugeot 3008, not a volvo xc60 as advertised.

Convenient and good value for money.
