Fantastic way to get through a long holiday

Excellent service, highly efficient, all cars are very new, no forced or hidden charges, and the staff are very friendly.

The drop off location was not open as their hours described which caused a massive headache and almost missing a flight

Given the holidays pick-up took longer than expected but it was easily solved by their partner company. The contract was signed in a rush and before inspecting the vehicle which led to the extra step of writing an email and making the drop-off staff aware of the original state of the car.

Booking is easy, price porctector never came up with anything better. At the end was pricy but good

The car was Fantastic very comfortable for the travel back to Melbourne from Queensland. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very easy to book and done quickly

I felt that the lady at the desk was a bit abrupt and not overly helpful when sorting our booking as well as trying to scare us into booking further insurance despite explaining we already had our own insurance
