1. The return process took a long time as there were very few local staff. They claimed there was damage to the front of the car during return, but after reviewing the photos, it was confirmed that the scratch was already there at pickup. 2. After returning, I received two credit card charge statements and am currently contacting the platform to clarify the reason.

You need a domestic driver's license and an international driving permit. The service was decent. I rented the car for three days and then extended for another day, but I had to pay the deposit again when extending, which felt quite inconvenient. Additionally, they required my domestic driver's license and the notarized document again when I extended the rental. Since I didn't have the notarized document with me, it took a long negotiation before they found the copy from three days earlier. Overall, it was a good experience, but dealing with the deposit and notarized document was a bit annoying.

Very good experience. Helpful and friendly staff, particularly shuttle bus driver. The car exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use again.

The car was not new. I would have liked to know that. It had 115000 km on the clock
