Not bad. When picking up the car, they just informed me that I didn't purchase the insurance from their company, and if an accident occurred, the deposit would be deducted. After I mentioned I had bought full insurance through the rental platform, they didn't say much and handed over the car as usual.

The service attitude was excellent, no hidden charges, and the pickup and drop-off process went smoothly, though the pickup counter was hard to locate.

The car had a few more scratches than were highlighted at pick-up but I took pictures and there were no issues raised at drop-off

Disaster finding where to pick up the car. Infuriating. Spent over an hour first finding their location and then actually locating the car. What a waste of time!
