The pick-up and drop-off process was very efficient, and they even upgraded us to an SUV, which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, it's good, but the explanation of additional charges was not detailed enough. I only wanted to add an extra driver this time, but when handling it on site, an additional fee was added without detailed written explanation, just a brief verbal mention. Upon careful review, I found that I could not cancel it by phone, which I believe is somewhat unreasonable.

Like: Selection from various vehicles is great! Vehicles were very clean and in great shape.
