rental in Orlando

The car I got was better than expected. Instead of Toyota Corolla I got a Kia Forte, very roomy.

I love using easyrentcars. I never have a problem. no problem cancelling if necessary.

Routes staff lied about pickup time and why it took so long, 1hr after flight arrived in 90 dry heat. Car was on E and was supposed to be full. Under staffed and most didn’t know what to do. Drop off was not available at flight time so had to drop off night b4 and Uber back to hotel and then to airport next day. Extra $90

Waited 90 minutes to get car. Workers were rude and made little effort. They didn’t have my vehicle, so had to find me a new one which took additional time.

They did not have the type of car I rent so they gave us a larger car that makes spend more money in gasoline

Like: Pick up was the slowest part, but was good. Check in was fast. I received a free upgrade as what I had reserved was already taken. For as new as they are, things were smooth. The staff were polite and knew what they were doing.
