rental in Orlando

Shuttle driver was the only good part of the transaction. One guy at the counter. Acted like he was doing me a favor by acknowledging me. Even asked if my insurance card was real. No professionalism. Rented a Corolla, but received a Jeep. Okay, but was assured the low tire light being on was no big deal, it's a sensor, "we go over all of our vehicles before they go out". 1/8 tank of gas - really? First stop is the gas station. Get out on the highway, lots of bugs. No washer fluid! Guess their version of going over a vehicle is much different than mine. Last time I will use Routes.

Best car rental experience I ever had in Orlando. The staff is very helpful and to the point. Billing is honest.

Good way to find a rental car online - good price, good choice of cars and local renters.

Need more shuttles for pick up at airport and some more counter agents.

Had to wait about 10 minutes at MCO for the airport, and once we got to Routes it was another 10 minute wait, then I was on my way. Got a free upgrade. For the price I paid the overall experience was great.

Counter was super slow checking in than when brought car back was a little better but ask for a receipt said I wii send you an email Am I still waiting for it need for my expense account!!!!!!!!! I did refute some one to you !!!!!!!!
