Good but confusing coverage

They were dismissive towards Chinese people, chatting with colleagues while handling matters. When finally available to process the car rental, they claimed they couldn't understand the bilingual confirmation form. Just because the Chinese characters were larger than the English ones, they insisted I read the confirmation number in English, at a slow pace. I switched to another person, who also spoke only English but was swift and efficient.

Long queues. The service staff were not very honest.

High efficiency and good attitude. A lost Leica camera was picked up by the staff and returned intact. Additionally, requests for vehicle changes were readily accommodated.

Attitude was good

The quality and condition of the car is much better than some companies I had used in LA and Miami.
