Car is new and very clean.

First car we got smelt of puke and there was no available cars for exchange unless we agreed to top up. Had to wait about an hour for the next available car to return but everything else went smoothly after that. Staff were nice and friendly - no issues with returning either.

Good platform that is easy to use and priced competitively

We were very pleased that EZU offered to add a second driver for free. We were already impressed that the rental cost was so much lower, and that the deductible for insurance claims was also lower. When I dropped off the car, they offered to shuttle me to the nearest public transit rather than the airport, as I was staying in town. This was very helpful.

The total experience from EZU was great. However, the staff may need some additional training on understanding the policy wording document. When asked if there were any restrictions on where I couldn't drive, (eg, on unsealed roads) it was clear the staff member did not know about not driving on unsealed roads until I had read the contract & questioned him about it. In the event of an accident, I believe I would've been held culpable if I had signed the contract without knowing the above. Overall I would refer my friends & colleagues to EZU, great experience. I waited almost an hour to be picked up from the airport. The pickup process was very difficult as the counter staff could not speak English very well. They made us buy additional insurance because they said that the insurance provided by easyrentcars.com could not cover all damages, even though my booking info said otherwise. We spent close to an hour inspecting the car because they wanted to take a photo of every single scratch on the car. Would not recommend EZU as the pickup process was stressful, time consuming and frustrating.
