Easy Car Rental Experience

The rental company did not provide a rental confirmation at pickup and added hidden insurance charges.

The staff patiently helped us resolve the issue caused by another traveler's translation document.

The counter staff were unhelpful and didn't assist with car pickup or provide vehicle information. The car itself and the interior were generally fine but were covered in minor scratches. When I reported this, they just told me to take photos for evidence without providing any vehicle information for comparison. For returns, they just told me to take photos and drop the key in a box, without checking the car or asking for the car number or whether it was returned on time. This gave me no sense of security and made me feel vulnerable to being scammed. It also seemed like the car wasn't cleaned properly, as if it was handed directly to the next customer after I returned it.

清潔で新しいトヨタの車でした。 簡単に車を見つける事が出来るし、初めて外国でレンタカーを使いましたが、問題なく運転でき、返却出来ました。また利用したいです。

It was busy at the counter but staff were quick to try and sort people out. We paid for a sat nav as extra with them and it was pretty useless and we relied on our phone for maps the whole trip. otber than that all smooth.
