Good, but reservation should have had been honoured.

The staff were professional and efficient, making the pick-up and drop-off process very smooth, with no excessive sales pitches.

The vehicle had issues, and the rental company and return location showed no intention to provide service or assistance. They even suggested taking a taxi or train instead. There was no roadside assistance, nor any effort to solve the problem. The return location refused to wait an extra 10 minutes and demanded additional fees for parking resulting from self-service vehicle drop-off.

EUROPCAR is a good car rental company. The car had a few minor scratches when I picked it up. To avoid any issues when returning the car, I took photos of the scratched areas during pickup. The return process was smooth, and they didn’t inspect the car in detail. The deposit was also refunded promptly.

The waiting time was acceptable. I mistakenly booked the wrong date, a month late. Ended up renting a new A5 convertible at the last minute for 500 euros a day.

The car provided was of a different standard. Instead of BMW 1 series only one model was offered, i.e. Fiat Tipo.
