The car was new and clean, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. They proactively upgraded me to a 4Runner, a large vehicle with high ground clearance, which made highway driving very comfortable.

Alamo's service is great and the prices are very affordable. The best part is that you don't need to pay in advance; you can pay at the store. Both picking up and returning the car were very quick, especially the return process, which only involved a brief check before we were on our way. Very good experience, will choose them again next time!
