The rental car was good. The only issue is there’s no Apple airplay, we can’t use the phone as gps. Very annoying. But the pickup and drop off location was just opposite of the harbour, easy walk.

The staff was responsible and patient in helping us select a vehicle, but they constantly tried to sell us a full tank of gas and road assistance, which was quite annoying!

Dislike: The Sun Pass toll system was not explained well. I ended up paying over $10 per day for tolls when I only used tollways to and from the airport. The rest of my driving was on surface streets so I would have saved money by paying cash for the tolls I used rather than paying the flat rate.
