took them 40 minutes to pick me up from the airport. they were very busy, subsequently, the car I received was not properly cleaned. to the point that a hair brush and medicine from previous renter was still in the car...

“PAINFUL EXPERIENCE, RUDE STAFF, RIDICULUS WAITING TIME!!!”

Horrible company! Terrible service, staff rude and very unhelpful - creating problems for customers, ridiculous restrictions on cars. Waiting time was painfully long. I understand busy companies but waiting 2 hours in a queue is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! I'm honestly surprised this company still exists..? Puzzled about that! I highly advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was a little sceptical of Routes Vancouver seeing as they weren't one of the main chains. However I found them extremely organised, the price was incredibly good value, the staff were friendly and the car was great. Would definitely use Routes again when I’m back in BC.

“Second day I could not start the car. I called them back and they said sorry we are under staffed.”

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.
