The provided car's charging port didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone or use GPS navigation via the car's power source. There were no staff members at the pickup location to inform us of this issue, and we had to visit the store to resolve it, which was very troublesome. After negotiation, we were told there were no replacement cars available and had to try our luck at the airport pickup. The service was unacceptable!
