Additionally, the car's fuel tank wasn't full when I picked it up, and I only noticed it after getting on the highway, which almost left me stranded due to low fuel. Fortunately, the issue was noted in the rental agreement, so technically there wasn't a problem. However, for those who aren't attentive or don't read the contract thoroughly, it could turn into a hidden pitfall. This can be especially troublesome for people who are not fluent in English.

Everyone, make sure to watch them closely when they process the payment and check if it's a deposit or if they're secretly adding insurance. Overall, very poor service. I won't rent from Europcar again. The store forces you to buy a full tank of fuel, or you’ll get a car with no fuel. Their attitude is like they don't care whether you rent from them or not.

Although I booked a Toyota, they gave me a Dodge. They accepted domestic credit cards. It was a bit crowded so the wait was long, but everything went smoothly in the end.

The staff aggressively recommended a policy costing over $50 per day. Very unpleasant!
