Good value car rental search site

Overall satisfied, but persuaded to buy a fuel service for returning the car with less than a full tank. I thought it would save time, but there was a gas station just 100 meters from the store. It takes only a minute to refuel, making the service redundant and a bit of a rip-off.

Be sure to check pick up location times. On weekends, this location does not open until 11am yet we arrived at 09:30. Had to wait 1 1/2hrs for staff to arrive and when they finally did, it took nearly a 1/2hr to check in with them. After looking at the fine print, this information was on my voucher so it was my fault for not being aware. .

Booking process is simple and straightforward. All options are easily laid out and clear. Just make sure you read the fine print. Also, Qeeq’s option to cancel right up until the last minute is the best in the business.

Staff at Europecar were not well organized. On returning the car the receptionist was trying to raise claim against me for small scratch which was in the car before picking up the car. Though I got a zero excess insurance from you; however, I was defending until they find in their records that it was there before picking up the car. Again, the lady claim that you extend your previous booking so we have to raise it against you, but lucky that was not the case, as I did only one booking and she could not raise any claim. Please consider this case with all of your customers before paying them for any claim to Europecar.
