安いのに、いい車＆サービス

I bought insurance online, but when picking up the car, they insisted I buy insurance again. The customer service told me to pay first and they would handle it later, but they never did. I ended up spending a few hundred more for nothing. Very disappointing. I suggest everyone avoid renting from this platform, it's full of pitfalls.

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

Rental fee is way cheaper than others, but car condition is as good as others or better. Accessing pickup location from the airport is a bit tricky. You need to take airport shuttle to Rental hub, and then call Routes office for another shuttle to the pickup location. It takes easily over 30 min. It is still worth taking time for pickup because the deal is so good. Also direct shuttle service from the dropoff location to the airport is provided after returning a car.

The mileage and gas usage of the car was awesome. It was not what I expected but definitely a perk. The person who originally helped me did a good job. The person who helped me upon return was unprofessional and sort of rude.

I didn't have a price drop but this was the most affordable car that I could have found. The location of the lot was easy to find and easy to get to. I appreciate the relationship between Routes and easyrentcars.com. I've already referred two people who have used the site.
