“Bait and switch”

When we arrived to pick up the car the price was $60.00 more that what EasyRentCars said it would be plus there were more taxes on top of the 60 more dollars I will not trust what I see anymore.

“Routes was understaffed and ill prepared to service customers.”

From the time my plane landed until I was in a car, TWO hors had passed. There was over a 45 minute wait for the shuttle alone. This was a quick trip into and out of Orlando, which made a delay like this totally unacceptable. I also had to call my insurance company to prove that I didn't need their expensive insurance.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

Like: Pick up was the slowest part, but was good. Check in was fast. I received a free upgrade as what I had reserved was already taken. For as new as they are, things were smooth. The staff were polite and knew what they were doing.
