It took a long time to pick up and drop off the car. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes at the counter to pick up the car and 45 minutes to drop off. There were people in the office, but they all just run around not taking care of customers.

THEY HAVE ONLY 2 STAFF TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS, THEY TAKE CARE OF BOTH ICK UPS AND DROP OFF, HENCE IT TAKES LONGER TO BE SERVED. i BELIEVE THE AGENTS ARE OVER WORKED THEY APPEARED NOT TO BE IN SERVICE MODE, JUST TAKE THE CAR AND MOVE ON KIND .. ANY WAYS ONCE i GREETED THE AGENT AND BROKE ICE , I COULD SEE SOME SMILES, THIS WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME . SUNPASS TOLL WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, USUALLY CAR RENTAL COMPANY CHARGED 8$ ROUTES CHAGED ME 11$ PER DAY.

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.

Like: Car ran smooth,comfortable,clean and great on gas! I will be renting another car in the future!!
