We had an accident at night and were unfamiliar with the area. We called everywhere, but no one helped us resolve the issue.

Ace Rental staff in Brisbane were extremely quick and efficient and we were ready to go within 5 mins of arriving. They also give essential advice about how to get set up for auto payment of road tolls. Dropping of the car in Sydney was equally efficient and we were all done within 6 mins of arrival. The car was spotlessly clean when we picked it up, inside and out. I cannot fault Ace Rental. Excellent service.

Very disappointed that the aircon didn’t work given the price

The car I was given was a new car, immaculate. The staff were very helpful at pick up and drop off. The shuttle busses were excellent and gave assistance with luggage to get me on Murrays.

Wait time for pick-up delayed my trip by an hour and a half but was redeemed by your team member Kevin. He went over and above to drop me back to the airport so I didn't miss my flight - thank you so very much!
