Rented the car in Melbourne and returned it in Sydney, which was quite convenient and trouble-free. The staff in Sydney were very polite. The gentleman in Melbourne, a Caucasian, might not have had enough sleep as he didn't smile at all. We got an MG and were specifically told to use 95-octane petrol. However, we couldn't find any 95 on the way, so we used 98 instead. When we arrived in Sydney, the staff there told us 91 was fine.

Apex did not provide the Mitsubishi or similar vehicle but provided a granddad people carrier!!!! Apex staff refused to honour the reservation despite several requests.
