Reason I rented it was a price and the model nothing was available

Plain sailing and an easy pick Up, Well recommend them

A little further to get to then I thought but still a good deal.

The only complaint I have is an employee's attitude at rental site upon pickup.

Transaction was smooth will use again.

Pick up took a long time. They could have more counters open when the que gets long.

I was happy with the customer service I received when picking up the car. The counter person was friendly and professional and the representative at the gate was very helpful in reviewing the car with me. Both made the process go quickly and got me on my way to start enjoying Vegas! Kudos to both representatives. The return went just as smoothly, the representative there was polite and professional, we walked around the car together and she printed out my receipt and told me what charges and credits to expect on my credit card. Overall great service. The only thing I wasn't happy with was having to take two shuttles from the airport to the car rental place.
