Big money saver!

Once I arrived at Routes, it took over an hour of waiting to get my car and get serviced at the counter. They are so understaffed. Once I got called up, it was pretty fast, but the long wait to actually talk to a staff member was ridiculous. This was Sunday morning at 11am. It was also somewhat slow to return the car, waited about 30 min in total, but far better than the pick up.

Waited 90 minutes to get car. Workers were rude and made little effort. They didn’t have my vehicle, so had to find me a new one which took additional time.

Staff not friendly, can’t tell the difference between white and grey colours. Staff slow to give service. No compilation for waiting for waiting a total of 2 hours for shuttle.

Best customer service experience I had so far for a car rental. Everyone was so friendly and the ride was on time .

Like: what i like to most is the people that works there Mike a manager and Kevin general manager , very nice .
Dislike: EVERTHING WAS NICE
