You need more staff! We waited about an hour and a half to pick up our car. That is unacceptable.

Once I arrived at Routes, it took over an hour of waiting to get my car and get serviced at the counter. They are so understaffed. Once I got called up, it was pretty fast, but the long wait to actually talk to a staff member was ridiculous. This was Sunday morning at 11am. It was also somewhat slow to return the car, waited about 30 min in total, but far better than the pick up.

Lady we set rental up with EXTREMELY RUDE, left us at counter 20 minutes, no explanation. Talking down to us entire time. VERY high pressured and RUDE

I waited 15-20 minutes at the airport for pickup and then 10 minutes over to Routes. I then had to wait there over an hour because there was only 1 representative. They overbooked and had no cars left so I was upgraded to a Jeep, however I had 120 mile drive to my final destination so the trip cost me more in fuel than it should have.

We arrive they did not have the jeep that we reserved, The vehicle they gave us was way too small, and not the Jeep we reserved , we request a larger vehicle they try to charge us for it , The lady at the counter said she cannot upgrade until the manager got back we come back in 2 to 3 hours , When we return there is a different gentleman there and he tried to take care of us because they were going to give us a little bit larger vehicle. But what really made us bad was as we are waiting for that vehicle the couple next to us who only have one bag in a carry on bag with them the gentleman said sir I’m sorry we don’t have your midsize car so we’re gonna have to upgrade you they have giving them up the big full-size SUV that we asked for three hours earlier customer service is horrible this operation was terrible charge but what really made us bad was as we are waiting for that vehicle the couple next to us who only have one bag in a carry on bag with them the gentleman said sir I’m sorry we don’t have your midsize car so we’re gonna have to upgrade you they have giving them up the big full-size SUV that we asked for three hours earlier customer service is horrible this operation was terrible Then come to find out that there was toll violations on that vehicle

Like: Give us an upgraded car for no extra price due to what they had available. Fairly priced.
Dislike: Wait time. Was worried about being late for my plane.
