Car didnot meet my expectation. Vehicle wasnt washed and cleaned from outside. It was very dusty and had mud marks. Apple car play feature didnot work inside car. None of the staff could make it work which was terrible as I couldnt use navigation feature safely. Staff provided me with phone holder so that i could to use google maps on my phone. Which was very hard to see through tiny phone screen.

Constant upselling of full insurance, fuel service, etc. Renting a baby seat on-site was 30% more expensive than the app estimate. No Chinese service. Instructions to take the shuttle bus to the rental point were unclear and difficult to find.

The rental company is not at the airport and requires a shuttle bus. My son accidentally left his phone on the shuttle, but the rental company's staff found it and kept it safe. Very grateful!

Yes the car met my expectations, customer service was excellent from pick up to drop off. Will definitely use Bargain cars again.
