The staff were rude, seemed like they had an argument with someone earlier

The waiting time in line was too long... but the service attitude was great.

Had to communicate back and forth; the car model was not correct, and they couldn't provide the booked car in the end.

The car pickup speed was reasonable, mainly because I was the first one there, and it took 15 minutes to complete the process. At first, they did recommend some additional insurance, but when I insisted on sticking with the order amount, they didn't push it. Italians have a relaxed approach, handling business while making phone calls, but overall, it was fine with no unpleasant experiences. If you're unlucky and there's a queue, the waiting time could be long.

Aucune explication de la part de la dame au comptoir lors du retrait du véhicule et même remarque pour le personnel à la réception... On se sent un peu seul avec eux...
