All great, smooth and efficient

All worked well and appreciated the facility to keep checking price changes that saved us almost £200

Originally we ordered Dodge Van but Alamo Counter staff suggest for bigger car, then we choosed Toyota Sienna which is fulfilled our needs. But during the usage, car required maintenance message appear.

Good Apps and easy to use

counter staff was a bit annoyed with us, we had booked 2 - 15 seater vans and they would not remove the back seat for luggage, wanted us to book another car just for luggage which would have been an extra $1200 USD which we declined and just jammed our luggage over seats etc. we needed to buy a small step to get in and out of the van as it was very high. Alamo were great when we let them know the van had been broken into and we did not have to pay any excess as it was all covered.

The car developed a tyre problem after 2weeks so we returned it to another Alamo outlet and swapped it for another car without any issues. Good customer service.
