Meh. Confusing and inconvenient.

Great Rental has moved near Auckland Airport, the location is relatively remote so be mindful when returning the car. The staff is very nice and can offer advice about local matters.

The staff were supportive and the condition of the car was good. I really enjoyed this experience, better than what I have expected.

The website and app is easy to be understood. But the coupons seem useless, because of the high caterias. And I don’t know how to refer it to my friend to get the bonus back, difficult to find the instruction.

All was great but the child seat could have been better. The provided seat was too big for my 2 year old.

Car was great but old and have damage. That was fine since this reflected the prices the car smelt badly of cigarettes and all the electronics inc gps are in Japanese which is completely useless in New Zealand. This was explained to me as they were Japanese imports. Overall a good service, I would use again. But be aware that they hold your deposit for 4 weeks after you return your car for possible fines, tickets, etc which I had never experienced before.

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.
