Two people at the counter 40 people in line 1st two cars were unacceptable came back the next day and got a decent car. Only excepted the second car the night before because they ran out of cars!

Queued for ages. £280 booking became £660 after add ons. Tolls - advised penalties. Never actually went on toll road. Collision damage waiver - bought through EZ rent - Fox advised that it was not at minimum legal level so added their own.

If I wanted to rent a hybrid I would have asked for one . I thought I was renting a Chevy impala and got a Ford hybrid.
