We spent over 2 hours at FOX just for pickup! Ridiculous. Mind you our flight landed at midnight

Waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to the pick-up location. Then another 90 minutes in line to get our car. Then when I got to the counter, I was told they didn’t have the size vehicle I reserved. I was offered a smaller car which didn’t handle well going through the mountains. They offered it to me at a lower price, however it was the current rate of the size vehicle they gave me so no real discount for their mistake. Cancelled foxx for an upcoming trip and will never use their company again.

I arrived on July 9 at 12:30 p.m. I then spent 2 hours and 20 minutes waiting in line for a car that I reserved at the Fox Rent A Car location. The Fox facility was dirty. I will not rent from Fox Rent A Car every again.

Initial wait at pick up of 40 minutes. Twenty more to pick up vehicle. Intermediate was a KIA Soul with over 60,000 miles, which soon produced brake noise. This deteriorated into serious brake issues. Roadside Assistance was the best part. George was truly helpful and followed up. Return of the vehicle required a trip of a 100 miles with worrisome brakes. Exchange was to same vehicle type with same amount of mileage and numerous dings. At return, the line at the pickup counter was even longer than when we first rented. This location needs more help on weekends.
