I would never go through Fox Rent A Car again. It was my first and last. I spent 2 hours standing in line to get the car(I have been renting for 50 years) and the most I have ever spent would probably 15 minutes. I did not even get the class of vehicle I reserved. According to others waiting in line , this was a common problem. I asked them how could they ever do it again. When we checked in the car 4 days later , people were waiting at least an hour in line to get a car and it was late morning on a weekday.

You were fine. I would never choose Fox or any other non- name brand vehicle again on your platform

Two people at the counter 40 people in line 1st two cars were unacceptable came back the next day and got a decent car. Only excepted the second car the night before because they ran out of cars!

Initial wait at pick up of 40 minutes. Twenty more to pick up vehicle. Intermediate was a KIA Soul with over 60,000 miles, which soon produced brake noise. This deteriorated into serious brake issues. Roadside Assistance was the best part. George was truly helpful and followed up. Return of the vehicle required a trip of a 100 miles with worrisome brakes. Exchange was to same vehicle type with same amount of mileage and numerous dings. At return, the line at the pickup counter was even longer than when we first rented. This location needs more help on weekends.

Never again Fox, Fox staff missed 2 out of 4 damaged areas on the vehicle? Windows were dirty on the inside, mud on the floor carpet drivers side

If I wanted to rent a hybrid I would have asked for one . I thought I was renting a Chevy impala and got a Ford hybrid.
