Good car, check all the extra charges.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The car was in great condition, it was a new model X3 with strong power and quick acceleration (probably because the car is relatively light). The onboard GPS was very useful. Important to note: The counter staff will still offer additional paid items such as insurance and prepaid fuel. I had already purchased insurance when I rented the car, the likelihood of needing glass and tire insurance is low unless you are in an area with poor security (like an incident near my home where a car window was smashed and robbed). Generally, you don't need it, especially if you're staying in a hotel. Prepaid fuel is also unnecessary; many gas stations are cheap, and it's unlikely you will use up a full tank right when returning the car.

Pros: The line wasn't too long. Although there was only one person at the counter, they were very efficient. Cons: They will try to sell you insurance and keep emphasizing the disadvantages of not buying it, even though I already bought insurance on QEEQ and it was indicated on my receipt. The staff still tried to sell me more insurance.

Thrifty didn’t have a hybrid car when I came for pick up. They offered a full size car. I don’t want to wait any longer due to long flight plus time zone difference. The receipt shows a few dollars more than the reservation. I am okay with it. The car is in good condition and very clean. However, when I returned the car, I got a receipt that charged double the reservation amount. The per day rate went up to $45 instead of $30 at reservation. I was in rush catching up the flight, that had no time to argue with Thrift. Very annoyed.
