They don’t do a good job of explaining things and there lines be way to long took me over 2 hours to get car that was suppose to have sooner. And I got not compensation for it at all.

Overall, Dollar is very professional. The only thing I want QEEQ to check is your cooperation agreement with them. When they confirmed my order, they mentioned that per their agreement, I must pre-purchase a full tank of fuel and return the car with an empty tank. This is quite different from the usual practice of picking up with a full tank and returning with a full tank. It's impossible to use up all the fuel, especially for 1-2 day rentals.

“Its was just ok Dissapointed with no assitance with ar seat, spent almost 40 mins trying to get it”

I though that the staff were very ignorant and unhelpful when I needed assitance with the child seat, also I asked for a toll tag and never received it, there seemed to be nobody at the desk when I needed assistance. Need more task lighting in the pick up area, how is anyone suppose to install a seat in bad lighting
