It was an amazing experience and a few things about Thrifty that makes me make them as my preferred brand: 1. They put the tolls directly on your card. 2. “I didn't get the car I booked and paid for.”

Thrifty tried to give me a larger car to compensate but there was no way I wanted to drive a larger car in Melbourne - a place I didn't know. I booked the Ford Focus Cabrio as a special treat for my daughter and the Kia Rio wasn't the same. The other car offered was a Suzuki Swift.
